Everything you need to know before your desert adventure

Our camp is located at Sam Sand Dunes, approximately 45 km from Jaisalmer city center. The drive takes about 45–60 minutes via a well-maintained road. We offer pickup and drop services from Jaisalmer at an additional cost.
The ideal season is October to March when the weather is cool and pleasant (5°C–25°C). Nights in November–February are cold so please bring warm clothing. We do operate in summer months (April–June) but temperatures can reach 45°C+ during the day. The monsoon season (July–September) sees minimal desert activity.
Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi at the camp. However, as we're located in a remote desert area, connectivity may be slower than in the city. We encourage guests to unplug and immerse in the natural desert experience!
Our standard tariff includes breakfast and dinner. Premium packages include all three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). All meals are freshly prepared authentic Rajasthani cuisine. Vegetarian, Jain, and other dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice.
Absolutely! We offer activities suitable for all age groups. Camel rides, folk programs, bonfire evenings, and dune walks are family-friendly. Adventure activities like jeep safari and dune bashing are for ages 12+ and conducted by trained professionals with all safety equipment. We assess each guest's comfort level before any activity.
We accept Cash, all major UPI platforms (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and all major credit/debit cards. For online bookings, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation, with the balance payable at check-in.
Cancellations 15+ days before arrival: 100% refund. 7–14 days before: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or force majeure, full credit/rescheduling is offered. Please contact us directly for special circumstances.
